Thank you for scheduling your spa, activities and fitness through our on-line booking system. In order to serve you better, please note the following terms and conditions as it pertains to your reservations.

Cancellation

Cancellation of on-line bookings for the Spa are permitted 24 hours prior to the scheduled reservation without a charge. Reservation cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled time will have a 50% cancellation fee. All No Show appointments will be charged in full.

Cancellation of on-line bookings for activities and fitness is permitted 48 hours prior to the scheduled reservation without a charge. Reservation cancellations within 48 to 12 hours of the scheduled time will have a $10.00 cancellation fee. Same day cancellations within 12 hours of the reservation will result in full charge of the service.

Weather Conditions

As it pertains to bike rentals, kayak rentals, stand up paddle rentals and outside activities, inclement weather can cause a cancellation of the activity and reservation. In such cases, no charge will be issued due to weather related cancellations.
